Waterloo 200 update

Preparations continue apace for the London game on 12 September. Even I have been painting!

To date we have amassed the following armies - all in 1/32 scale:

French:  404 foot, 174 cavalry, 14 guns

Prussians:  240 foot, 40 cavalry, 4 guns

Allies:  325 foot, 59 cavalry, 13 guns

The numbers reflect the figures which are either ready to take the field, or are expected to be 'mobilised' in time for the game.  They represent the combined efforts of six of the participants.

Seven players have confirmed, with a further two invitations outstanding and a possible tenth place still to fill.
These chaps now have lots more friends.

Hi Tim,

174 French Cavalry? Now that will be something to see!

I am really looking forward to the day so do you have any idea when we know whom is commanding what or will it be decided on the day?

All the best,

DC

We'll try to accommodate everyone's preferences (oo-er missus) but we are a long way from allocating specific roles. As the game will be sweeping in nature, you may expect several 'jobs' during the course of the day.
