Spares Box - part 1

A recent exchange of comments with Paul and Al sparked an 'I'll show you mine if you show me yours' challenge on spares boxes.  I carried out a savage purge of my spares boxes last year - yes 'boxes' - it's a long time since there was just one!
1/144 scale aircraft spares.  As well as unused kit bits this has been filled by leftovers from a number of bodge conversions.
The still-embryonic 1/1200 ship bits box.  These bits are the off-cuts from my recent HMS Hood conversions.

Mh I'm also a long time in the hobby and I don't have much in my spare box. So you made me curious about the other boxes ;-)

This is allready nice :-)

Tim,

I have several boxes of 'spares' ... including one that is actually a large crate in my shed! I dread to think what I could make with what is inside that crate.

All the best,

Bob

I am quite shocked by your tiny spares box!

Not what I expected at all. A little voice in my head says this is a good thing.

This is a scary thought. I think I have more bits than figures.

Home casting has only made it worse. -Ross

I've started gently withthe most 'organised' boxes. More still to come.

I knew it was time to cull my spares collection then it outgrew it's large archive box! I partly achieved this by using the contents to build several complete models!

I'm sure home casting counts as 'work in progress' and not spares...
