Here is the completed model poised to take to the skies above the Gnuston Heights.  It's rough but it's ready...

looks good! I have one question, that has been kinking around my head since this idea was discussed. How are you going to simulate a desert like environment in the UK: Are bringing in a bunch of beach sand and rock? Here in Texas I merely have to go outside to any area of dirt...)

As the Golan is a mix of scrub and volcanic rock I'm sure Northamptonshire can stretch to the impersonation!

Yes, if the grass at Knuston is anything like my lawn, then it will look like Sinai instead of the Golan Heights.
