A quick update!

Yes, I'm still here.  I realise it's been a good while since my last posting - due to holidays, work etc.

As much to commit myself to writing them, here are the subjects I will cover in my next few posts:

1. My holiday in France - including a visit to the battlefield at Azincourt.

2. The battle of the Gette - August 1914 in Belguim.

3. The battle of Ctesiphon - November 1915 in Iraq.

4. Photos of toys originally made by the late John G Robertson.

5. My latest big toy - a camper van!

6. Hardware tables for NBC.

Watch this space!

Tim,

You didn't really buy a camper van did you? I never saw you as someone who liked that sort of hoilday ... or are you intending to use it a a mobile wargames room; 'Have mobile wargamers room; Will travel.'

I look forward to seeing it. I have visions of Monty's vehicle in my mind, although I am sure that it will not be painted in a camo pattern and be festooned with camo nets.

All the best,

Bob

Bob, I too am still surprised! It's not camo painted, although Gunter has offered, and Martin is pricing up large camo nets. I don't think this is quite the vision Sara has... More soon.
