Little Wars Centenary part 2D - Hook line and sinker

We move now to the struggle between the Army Red (British Home Service) of Mr ML and the Army er, Red (British in India) of Mr JS - assisted here by Mr AH.  The latter pair is pictured above rehearsing for a summer season of being thrown out of music halls.
Mr ML commanded an army composed entirely of his own castings.
His choice of headgear may have been a shameless advertisement for his company - Black Hat Miniatures.
JS mourns the passing of several of his Lifeguards.
After some bitter fighting ML's chaps ended up in possession of the church.
The clock, it will be observed, does indeed still stand at ten to three...
This was the only table to feature an all-metal cast (pun intended) of figures - and perhaps the most colourful too!

I really must ensure I attend the next FLW. I think my Tarbooshians would be warmly received. With hot lead......

PS The comment about rehearsing for being thrown out of music halls made me actually, truly and literally laugh out loud.

There's no castings like one's own castings. Splendid stuff.
