Christmas Fairey part 2

A quick sitrep on the Fairey Battle.  The build is largely complete and there are only a couple of small gaps requiring filler.  For such an old kit (originally released in 1968) the parts fit is really quite impressive.  But there's still time to mess it all up...

I think it rather has the look of a stretched Hurricane. Buy maybe that's just me...

Just finished reading Montefiore's book on Dunkirk, and he touches on the missions flown by the RAF in these beasts... awe inspiring courage of the RAF pilots...!
