1/144 P-40

The P-40 on it's adjustable 'flight' stand.
I occupied a few spare minutes last week assembling this F-Toys P-40 in RAF Desert Air Force colours.  As with all F-Toys models, this came pre-painted and only in need of assembly - with under 20 parts this was hardly an arduous task!  Some markings are yet to be added.
The kit was part of the 'Wing Kit Collection 7' box which included P-40, P-39 and Bf109E, all in three different finishes.  The set arrived in late 2011 and I had previously opened it several times with a view to starting the builds!  Now that I've begun, however, I'll probably get through the rest fairly soon.  Probably.

Hi Tim, with these F Toys aircraft can you construct them with the landing gear retracted?

The Me 109 looks delightful!

Yes - any can be finished with wheels up or down. I have now built all of the models in the set so more pics soon.
