See this earlier post about the previous batch of M-113. This batch was prompted by the arrival (some months ago if truth be told) of some turrets kindly 3D printed for me by Pete.
I followed the usual process of carving the basic shapes from 2-inch insulation foam. The running gear was added from images found on the internet and printed on thin card.

These are very effective. I have always liked this vehicle since I saw it as a boy in an Italian magazine Armies and Weapons , or some such name, came with a big poster of uniforms or vehicles. It had military history articles as well as ones on modern vehicles and armies. Perhaps you recall it?
I have to ask - why not just get the whole thing 3D printed? Alex

That sounds like 'Armies and Weapons' magazine, which contained some excellent articles as well as a poster in each issue.

A very fair question. Truth is, I have a 'fleet' of similar M-113 which pre-date my access to friends with 3D printers. Besides, it's such a simple shape and bodging is very much part of the 'ethos' of Little Cold Wars.
