49 (West Riding) Division - part 4

More completed stands now.  Firstly the Div HQ, with a couple of Platoon 20 figures accompanying an old Airfix Jeep - another refugee from JR's attic.

The MG Battalion.  The Carrier is a metal kit by RAFM.
AT Regiment.  The 6-pdr I believe to be a Platoon 20 kit, while the towing vehicle is the Matchbox LRDG Chevrolet.  This came in the same batch as the figures and needed a fair bit of repair work to re-commission it.  The ex-LRDG crew in the Chevvy seem to have taken to their new role and are very obligingly looking for targets for the 6pdr.

Tim,

Your explanation of how you put this formation together was very interesting ... and has made me look at least once into my box of half-finished bits and pieces with an eye to getting a few things completed.

Very inspiring.

All the best,

Bob
