Yet another KV-1

This was built straight from the Pegasus kit - a 'fast-build' model ideal for the lazy wargamer with only about 40 parts.  It does a fine job of looking as menacing and bulky as the read thing and the moulded-in track sag is a delight.
It was painted with my usual method of drybrushing over a black base coat.

Beautiful work Tim, 40 pieces sounds a rather lot for a fast build kit!

No wonder you did not want that extra KV Hull.

Hmm, looks a nice kit!

I already have "only" another four so clearly an additional (2) wouldn't go amiss, ahem

I know I am shooting myself in the foot here with my logic and sending all 1941 German players to Umpire crying "foul"

I'm scared to count my KVs now. Given that each one represents a Heavy Tank Regiment I don't actually 'need' too many....

Notwithstanding my comment above, four just ain't enough.

It is one of these kits which is impossible to build badly. Even for me!

Nice build and paintjob, Tim!

Thanks. I'll accept credit for the paint, but it almost built itself!
