Forbodian Divisional staff

The recent batch of 1/32 scale toys I painted included the four escorts for King Boris III and his staff.
The King (front right) with his staff (left) and their escort.
Close-up of the staff officers - ACW officers by Tradition.
The escort company.  These are A Call to Arms Iron Brigade figures left over from the unit of Foresters I built a few weeks ago.

A fine looking staff, some heavy weights seem to have made their way to the top. :)

Nice hat for the King.

Tim Gow,

Nice uniforms ... But can they fight?

We will find out soon enough.

Long live Cordeguay! Down with Forbodian!

All the best,

Bob

That's aggressive talk for a man without an army! I gather from an informed source that King Boris will be in touch soon on the subject of joint summer manoeuvres...

Thanks - King Boris does like his chaps to look smart!

They look like very plain fellows to be on the staff - surely some stripes on the trousers or some braid would not be out of place?

In Forbodia trouser stripes are the preserve of royalty. Following recent military reforms, the staff now cultivate a look of sober professionalism. Besides, I find stripes difficult to paint...
