A really rough Russian regiment.

Having sorted out and cleaned a load of HAT Landwehr to stand in as 1914 Russians I managed to complete the first 20-figure unit over the weekend.
They have vaguely the correct shape of caps, a 'real' (Armies in Plastic) Russian officer and a Russian flag.  Close enough then?

Shocking productivity Gow.

Stakhanovite you might say.

One tries. As I'm sure you know, the only acceptable quantity for Russians is 'lots'....

They look reassuringly chilled in those greatcoats. Sadly I don't think I will be able to make it to the Tannenberg game but look forward to seeing the reports.
Best wishes, Brian

Never say never Brian. Plans are afoot to kidnap and transport you to what the locals laughingly call the 'north'...

If they're good enough for you that's OK by me.

They'll not be out in the dark - they might get stood on....
