He looks a bit like a lion tamer to me, so how about 'Lvov Ukrotitel'. That's the closest I can get to a Slavic sounding name. He can always be a Count if he's to toady to the Tsar.

Simple. I like it. And I've found him a lion to tame....
If you give him a chair as well, he can use it to fend off the lion or alternatively toady to the Tzar by offering him a seat.
