Preparing for COW

Preparations for this year's Conference Of Wargamers (COW) - to be held as usual at Knuston Hall in Northamptonshire are well in hand - just as well given that it is this weekend!  As well as my involvement in running the event itself, I will be among those running the Plenary Game It's All In The Best Possible Taste and the game we 'launched at Triples in May - Better Red Than Dead - both on Friday evening.  I will be running my new game Rollbahn Ost late on Saturday night, and at other times over the weekend I will attend a number of sessions run by other attendees.
Bob Cordery and I also plan to potter about with our recently acquired Funny Little Wars armies -largely for our own entertainment, but others are welcome to join us.
King Boris III en route to COW.  Elements of the Army of Forbodia will be engaging in manoeuvres with the Army of Cordeguay.

Thanks - it'll be by way of a 'taster' session - and an excuse for Bob and I to get the toys out!

Good to see King Boris on his travels. The troops are very smart. I do hope he enjoys visiting his pet Cow.

It is to be hoped that the King visits the correct end of the COW. We all know what happens at the other end...

It's the only way to travel! Look out for him on the A1.

That's the sort of talk that should be directed at Mosstrooper's Army Black!

I hope he sits down when you hit highway speed!

It appears that seatbelt laws are rather more relaxed in Forbodia!
