Triple the fun!

I am recently returned from the joys of the Sheffield Triples wargames show.
It is called Triples due to the three round wargames competition which used to form the show's focal point, but I now justify the name on account of the three 'hats' I wear during the show:
1. Member of Sheffield Wargames Society which runs the event.  In this capacity I was interviewed by BBC Radio Sheffield on Saturday morning.  The broadcast can still be heard on iPlayer here - the piece on Triples is 40 minutes in.
2. Member of Wargame Developments running a game.
3. Frenetic consumer

I am pleased to report that all three strands progressed well!  Further posts will delve into additional detail but here are a few photos to be going on with.

  1. Hi Tim,

Sorry I forgot this weekend was Triples - I emailed you earlier so don't rush for a response. I am looking forward to seeing what the retail therapy delivered!

    All the best,

    DC

It seems we both had a busy weekend! I have a photo of you enjoying 'Ten Rounds Rapid' which will feature in a future post - comments welcome then!

General opinion seems to be that the interview was OK.
