M-113 bodging - part 1

 Some time ago I built this 1/48-ish scale M-113 from balsa.  Though it's not too bad a result, it was very labour intensive to build and so remains a one-off.
My second foray into M-113 bodging will be reported soon.

    Have you considered polystyrene as a substitute material?

    I find it difficult to cut. Plus it's embarrassing if your AFVs blow away during a battle....

    It does make an effective M113 but, then again it would be hard to mess up a box on tracks...) Just kidding, I am curious to see what you come up with for the next one.
