Hound Hounding - part 2

The Mi-4 'Hound' is now ready for action.  Sadly it was completed too late to be included in the recent game but I expect we'll be seeing it soon.
I went for a plain green over blue finish and the simple kit decals.  I think it is quite striking - and surprisingly large.

    Nice work Tim, I'm not sure if it's the camera angle or not but the rotors and tail boom are much longer than I expected (mine is still attached to the sprues).

    Still a nice run around for the VDV commander.

    The only thing you seem to be missing is a large scale ... oops what am I saying .. I expect to see a converted bathtub next!

    It is a big bugger! I was rather surprised when I opened the box, especially as I already have a Mi-4 which was supposedly 1/72. I think the old one - a crappy old East German kit - is nearer 1/100.
