Pleasing to behold? The answer

This post generated a number of correct answers.  This link is of course, Marc Bolan and T-Rex with Jeepster.  
Why?  One of the verses reads thus:

    Strange that I got this one, since I mostly missed the 70s. Not sure why - I think we had double metalwork or something.
