1/1200 Fleet Review - Royal Navy

My recent outbreak of shipbuilding seems to have amassed quite a substantial fleet.  Or indeed 'fleets', as a number of nationalities are now vying for supremacy on my shelves!
While many of my ships have featured in game reports, it occurred to me that fellow dangerous megalomaniacs might like to see them arrayed for inspection.
I've begun with my largest (by far) fleet - the Royal Navy.  Ah, those were the days.  The whole fleet is pictured above and amounts to:
3 battleships,
2 battlecruisers
6 cruisers
1 escort carrier
11 destroyers
3 escorts
The escort carrier HMS Ameer.  This started off as a 1/200 scale Japanese carrier.  In the background is one of the two Airfix 'County' class cruisers and behind it a Revell KGV.
I built these three balsa horrors for a game some years ago.  The battleship at the back was intended to represent a 'King George V', while the cruisers were very loosely based on British designs.
The newest additions to the RN - a trio of 'Hunt' class DEs.  The nearest vessel is one of the larger 4th batch.  These are metal models - probably by MY.

    Very impressive!

I look forward to seeing the rest of your 'fleets' in due course.

    All the best,

The really worrying thing is that there are still more RN ships to build!

You might just be right about the treaties/shredder interface. Stay tuned...

Looks good! And yes, you do need a lot of ships to patrol the Empire's seaways.
